ICE

Origins and Development

ICE® is a carefully selected phenotype resulting from a complex hybridization process. It began as a cross between Skunk Special and White Widow, which was later combined with Blueberry to enhance its flavor profile. After extensive backcrossing and cubing, the strain was stabilized to achieve the perfect phenotype. Originally introduced as a regular strain by another seedbank, ICE® was later launched in 2003 by Female Seeds as a feminized version.

Appearance and Structure

Plants grown from ICE Feminized seeds are short and stocky, producing dense, tight buds covered in frosty, snow-white tricomes. This bud structure is a direct result of its Skunk Special heritage.

Potency and Effects

ICE® carries the high potency typical of its White Widow lineage. It achieved a THC content of 22% in the High Times Cup of 1998, making it a powerful strain. The effects are well-balanced, offering a strong indica body stone combined with an energizing sativa head high.

Flavor and Aroma

The scent and taste of ICE® are bold and intense, featuring earthy, diesel, and fuel notes with a subtle hint of licorice.
