Origins and Development

Skunk Special, also known as Red Skunk, traces its roots to the legendary Red Skunk clones that gained popularity in the Netherlands during the late eighties and early nineties. Developed by Ferry in the nineties, this feminized strain was created through several S1 lines bred with 25% Automatic. The current line has been carefully selected over multiple generations to preserve the core characteristics of Skunk while ensuring a quick flowering time.

Skunk Special is one of the most stable and uniform strains available, selected from thousands of plants to ensure minimal variation between individual plants. The strain produces strong, sturdy plants with thick stems that develop dense, tight buds during flowering. Its striking red pistils add an attractive visual element to the plant.
