Auto Fire DOG

Genetics and Origin

Auto Fire DOG is a hybrid of a ruderalis strain crossed with two popular American varieties: Cookies Fire and Wedding Cake. This combination results in an indica-dominant plant that is large, fast-flowering, and highly branched. The genetics of Auto Fire DOG deliver a unique blend of characteristics from its parent strains.

Appearance and Traits

Auto Fire DOG plants grow tall and sturdy, producing dense, compact buds covered in thick trichomes. This results in high THC levels, often reaching up to 25%. Indoors, they typically reach 60 to 85 cm in height, while outdoors they can grow up to 130 cm. The buds develop a dark violet hue that contrasts beautifully with their off-white color.

Cultivation Guide

Growing Auto Fire DOG is straightforward and ideal for both novice and experienced growers. Indoors, their compact size makes them suitable for small spaces, and they thrive under techniques like SOG or SCROG. Outdoors, they appreciate full sun and well-drained soil. To maximize yields, ensure consistent feeding and proper environmental conditions.

Indoor Growing Tips

• Quality Substrate: Use a nutrient-rich substrate to support healthy growth.
• Humidity Control: Maintain humidity between 40% and 50% during growth, dropping to around 30% during flowering to prevent mold.
• Adequate Lighting: Provide 18 to 20 hours of light per day for optimal maturation.
• Ventilation and Temperature: Keep the environment well-ventilated and at a stable temperature to avoid humidity issues.

Outdoor Growing Tips

• Direct Sunlight: Choose a spot with at least 6–8 hours of direct sunlight daily.
• Substrate and Watering: Use well-drained, organic-rich soil and maintain proper watering habits.
• Branching and Yield: The plant has a moderate height and offers generous branching, making it ideal for smaller spaces with good bud production.

Harvest Time

Auto Fire DOG is ready for harvest approximately 65–75 days after germination indoors. Outdoors, the timeline is similar but may take an additional week depending on the climate. Harvest when the buds reach your preferred maturity level for the desired effect—lighter for a more cerebral experience or darker for a stronger physical effect.

Yield Potential

Auto Fire DOG delivers impressive yields. Indoors, you can expect 400–450 grams per square meter with proper care. Outdoors, the plants can produce equally bountiful harvests.

Aroma and Flavor Profile

Auto Fire DOG offers a rich and complex flavor profile, reminiscent of its Cookies lineage. Expect notes of sweetness, earthiness, and herbal undertones that create a delightful and balanced experience.
