Auto Somango Glue

Genetics and Origin

This strain is the result of a cross between Gorilla Glue #4 and Somango, which was then crossed with an autoflowering strain to introduce spontaneous flowering after 3 to 4 weeks. Gorilla Glue #4 brings high THC levels and potency, while Somango contributes a tropical and flavorful aroma. The final product is a predominantly indica hybrid known for its resilience, adaptability, and rich terpene profile.

Appearance and Structure

Auto Somango Glue has a strong, open, and branched structure with moderate growth, making it ideal for small spaces. Its deep green leaves and thick stems support dense, heavy buds that are covered in shiny trichomes, indicating high resin production. At lower temperatures, the plant may display purple and reddish tones, adding to its visual appeal.

Cultivation Tips

Auto Somango Glue is highly versatile for both indoor and outdoor growing.

Indoor Growing

A 20/4 light cycle is recommended for optimal growth, though it can adapt to various photoperiods. The plant responds well to Low Stress Training (LST) techniques to encourage even growth and increased yield.

Outdoor Growing

This strain thrives in open spaces with direct sunlight. Ensure a container with at least 20 liters of capacity and avoid transplanting unless necessary. Plant seeds directly in the final pot to reduce stress, and wait until plants reach 15–20 cm before watering the entire substrate.

Harvest Time

Indoors, Auto Somango Glue reaches maturity in approximately 60 days after germination. Outdoors, it performs best from late spring to late summer, taking full advantage of natural light and temperature cycles. Proper maturation ensures a full terpene profile and maximum potency.

Yield Potential

Indoors, this strain can yield up to 550 g/m², depending on lighting, nutrients, and grower skill. Outdoors, under optimal conditions, each plant can produce more than 100 g of dry flower. Its high resin content also makes it ideal for extractions and concentrates.

Aroma and Flavor Profile

Auto Somango Glue offers a tropical and sweet aroma with hints of fresh pine and earthy undertones, inherited from its parent strains. Depending on the phenotype, you may also detect citrus and diesel notes. The flavor is rich and complex, delivering a satisfying experience on both inhale and exhale.

Effects and Uses

With THC levels reaching up to 21%, Auto Somango Glue provides a balanced and pleasant effect. It starts with a mild energetic lift before transitioning into a relaxing body high. This makes it suitable for both recreational use and therapeutic relief of stress and anxiety.
