Indoors, Gary Payton stays relatively compact, reaching heights of 80 to 110 cm. Outdoors, it stretches to about 150 to 180 cm. Its slender to medium-width leaves and vibrant green foliage complement its well-developed hybrid structure.

Flowering occurs in 65 to 70 days. Indoors, yields range between 600 to 700 g/m². Outdoors, under optimal conditions, it can produce up to 1,500 g per plant, typically maturing during the second or third week of October.

The compact flowers are covered in a thick layer of trichomes, forming a pronounced resin surface. A robust branch framework supports the weight of the buds without leading to a squat indica growth habit.

Its aroma is a complex blend of pungent earth and sweet undertones, with sharper notes of diesel and spicy herbs, rounded out by the softer, fruity scent of ripe berries.
