French Cookies

Description de T.H. Seeds

From a Bag-Seed Phenotype to a Notable Strain

French Cookies (TH Seeds) Feminized originated as an accidental discovery. It emerged from a bag of Platinum Girl Scout Cookies, an unintentional phenotype that was never intentionally bred. This lineage is evident in the strain's rich, dessert-like aroma and its thick resin coating. With a sativa-dominant genetic makeup (60% sativa, 40% indica), it offers a more uplifting and daytime-friendly experience compared to other cookie-family strains. This strain is a testament to the value of luck in cannabis cultivation.

A Vibrant Grower with Strong Resilience

French Cookies is considered easy to moderate in difficulty, making it an excellent choice for growers who are still building their skills. It shows high resistance to pests and cold weather, with moderate resistance to mold, allowing it to thrive in unpredictable outdoor conditions. Indoors, the plant remains compact at 125–130cm, while outdoors it can stretch up to 160cm. Both sizes respond well to gentle training methods like LST or SCROG without requiring heavy pruning. Flowering takes 9–10 weeks, aligning with a standard photoperiod schedule and an October harvest outdoors. Yields range from 350–450g/m² indoors and 450–600g/plant outdoors, providing a strong return on effort. As the plant matures, its foliage transitions from deep green through rich purple to near-black, creating a visually striking display in any grow space. This strain thrives best in temperate and Mediterranean climates.

A Flavor Profile That Balances Sweetness and Fuel

The aroma begins with a sweet, earthy scent reminiscent of a bakery rather than a garden. On the palate, the cookie-dough base is prominent, followed by notes of ripe grape, and finishing with a lingering gassy, diesel edge. The terpene profile includes limonene, myrcene, and caryophyllene, contributing to this unique blend of sweetness and fuel. The high follows a smooth trajectory: clear-headed, creative, and focused, with a happy and sociable lift that makes it ideal for daytime use rather than winding down. This is not a couch-lock strain; it's perfect for staying active and engaged. T.H. Seeds also offers a variety of other strains suitable for both daytime and evening use.
