This intriguing indica-dominant hybrid offers a complex terpene profile and impressive yields. Chilato is the result of crossing Chili Verde and Tropical Gelato, two unique strains with distinct characteristics.

Chili Verde, known for its spicy aroma and fiery nature, was the winner of the Personal Sun-grown category at the 2018 Emerald Cup. Its terpenes blend the zest of Key Lime Pie with the musk of Lavender, culminating in a bold, herbal chili flavor that finishes with a punch of black pepper.

Tropical Gelato is a cross between Tropicana Cookies and the enigmatic Project 4516. It features beautiful purplish buds coated in frost, with a terpene profile reminiscent of orange cream soda, accented by hints of cinnamon and brown sugar.

Chilato inherits the best traits from its parents, offering a balance of potency and flavor. As an indica-dominant hybrid, it provides a relaxing effect ideal for evening use. With a flowering time of 8–9 weeks and high yields both indoors and outdoors, it’s a favorite among growers.

Whether grown outdoors in dry, hot, temperate, or warm climates or indoors under controlled conditions, Chilato delivers consistent results. Its aroma is a delightful mix of fruity and spicy notes, making it a pleasure to cultivate and enjoy.
