Flavor and Aroma

Purple Wreck delivers a rich tapestry of flavors, bursting with sweet and fruity notes that evoke the essence of fresh grapes and berries. Its earthy undertones add depth, creating an aromatic experience that delights the senses when lit. The sweet and delectable profile makes it an excellent choice for crafting edibles, elevating gummies, lollipops, and juice concentrates to new heights.

Effects and Medical Uses

Consuming Purple Wreck offers a relaxing, full-body high that highlights its indica dominance. This strain is ideal for unwinding, whether you're settling in with a good book, watching TV, or soaking in a warm bath. Its sleepy and calm euphoria makes it perfect for those seeking peaceful rest and relief from insomnia or racing thoughts.

As the effects settle in, you may feel an increase in sleepiness and hunger. Enjoy your favorite snacks while drifting off into a restful slumber, dreaming of purple trains. Purple Wreck may also help reduce stress, pain, and depression due to its high THC levels (18–25%) and dominant terpene, myrcene, which has potential anti-inflammatory and pain-relief properties.

Secondary terpenes like caryophyllene and terpinolene complement myrcene’s effects, offering additional soothing benefits and immune support.

Growing Characteristics

Auto Purple Wreck is an autoflowering plant, making it easy to grow for both beginners and experienced cultivators. Its hybrid genetics (60% indica, 40% sativa) combine the best traits of its parent strains, offering fast growth and high potency. This strain thrives in various conditions, whether grown indoors, outdoors, or in a greenhouse.

To ensure optimal growth, germinate the seeds directly in their final pot to avoid transplant shock. Maintain a relative humidity (RH) of 70–90% with temperatures between 21–25°C during germination. As the plant enters the vegetative stage, reduce RH to 50% and temperature to 20°F.

Once the seedling sprouts, follow an 18/6 light cycle until harvest. Apply low-stress training (LST) techniques as the plant approaches flowering to boost productivity. Gradually lower RH to 45% and end any training to prevent stress during flowering.

During flowering, increase the temperature to 23°C and raise nutrient levels. Further reduce RH to 40% and raise the temperature to 24°F as the canopy develops an even spread of buds. This helps minimize the risk of mold.

Increase feeding as production peaks, while closely monitoring for pests and nutrient deficiencies. Maintain a soil pH level of 6.0–6.5 throughout the growing process.

By the seventh or eighth week, you’ll see dense, resinous buds forming. Stop feeding and start flushing the soil for the next week or two. Trim and defoliate while maintaining temperature and humidity conditions. The plants will be ready to harvest around day 65, reaching a height of 78–89 cm with a yield of approximately 1–1.41 oz./m² of sticky purple buds.
