Lineage and Potency

Wedding Cheesecake Feminized is a 70% indica, 30% sativa hybrid developed by White Label. Its parentage includes the UK favorite Cheese, a unique phenotype of Sensi Seeds Skunk #1, along with Girl Scout Cookies and Cherry Kush (also known as Cherry Pie). This powerful strain delivers a warm, uplifting, and positive high.

Its ancestry traces back to OG Kush, Granddaddy Purple, and Purple Urkel from the West Coast, as well as legendary strains like Hindu Kush, Big Bud, and Durban from Sensi Seeds. These five generations of breeding have produced a strain with a complex flavor profile, high resin production, and large buds on a sturdy, compact plant.

Cultivation Characteristics

Wedding Cheesecake Feminized thrives in warm, sunny climates outdoors or in greenhouses, but truly excels indoors under bright lights. It’s a fast and easy-to-grow strain suitable for novice growers. Key factors for success include bright light and low humidity to maximize flowering potential. Keep in mind that this strain emits a strong odor early in the flowering stage, so a good air filtration system is essential.

Pruning branches completely is not recommended, but using the Sea of Green (SOG) method with small clones can yield excellent results. Topping larger plants may increase budding sites and overall yield. During flowering, Wedding Cheesecake typically doubles in size, with some plants growing up to 150% more than their vegetative height.

These plants develop massive colas on the upper parts of their stems and branches, with smaller but dense resinous clusters filling the lower nodes. Calyxes are medium-sized and highly resinous, with long pistils that can turn pink as they mature. This combination gives the buds a unique, fuzzy and sparkling appearance.

Flavor, Aroma, and Effects

Once dried, the buds remain large, sticky, and resinous. When broken apart, they release a powerful terpene profile inherited from its lineage. The most dominant note comes from Cheese – a pungent skunk with sweet berry undertones. This is complemented by sharp citrus and earthy, woody notes from other influential ancestors.

Wedding Cheesecake Feminized delivers an intense effect that should be approached with caution, even by experienced users. It’s recommended to start with a few moderate puffs and wait to gauge the effects. At any dose, the high is typically warm, positive, and uplifting. At higher doses, it can lead to deep relaxation, contemplation, or even a more psychedelic experience marked by creativity and talkativeness.
