Sour Diesel Auto features a jagged, elongated bud structure with calyxes that radiate outward in a star-like formation. The buds display a vibrant lime green hue beneath a silvery coating of trichomes. Despite their large size, the nugs are dense and hard, offering excellent bag appeal. Handling the dry flower leaves fingers coated in a greasy, resinous layer that carries strong notes of gas, citrus, and fuel.

This strain delivers a complex flavor profile that includes sandalwood, pepper, and earthy undertones, with a pronounced sour citrus finish. It’s a heavy hitter in the terpene department, embodying the distinctive fuel and gas characteristics of its lineage.

Despite its pungent, fuel-like terpenes that might suggest a Kush variety, Sour Diesel Auto delivers effects more aligned with its Sativa heritage. The high begins with an energetic, clear-minded lift that gradually transitions into a focused, dreamy buzz. This makes it an excellent choice for creative sessions, social gatherings, or gaming.

Sour Diesel Auto can grow up to 120cm in height due to its Sativa influence, featuring medium internodal spacing and a profusion of side branches. During flowering, it produces a substantial yield of 450–550g/m², making it a high-producing autoflowering strain. It thrives in both hot and cold climates, with buds developing a striking dark purple hue in cooler conditions.

This strain is well-suited for growers of all levels but benefits from techniques like low-stress training (LST) to manage its height and promote larger colas. Its abundance of leaf and sugar trim makes it ideal for hash and extract production.
